Plinth panels connection

Postby Rvt0 » Mon Oct 19, 2015 1:34 pm

Happended to view tutorial "Walls: Extending individual layers" today. Was very helpful. But I was wondering, is it possible to do same thing on the plan viewas well, as the tutorial revealed how to do it in section.

In general, as a relatively new Revit user, I can't figure out how to make a decent corner joint for my "plinth panels" (don't know if it's the right word). The problem is, as soon I try to join or cut my wallpanels into proper length I encounter errors. Steel columns move away from their original position etc. Tried to allowing and disallowing wall ends, but didn't get any better. I also tried to use a single layer wall and then "create parts" (using Revit 2015) tool, but didn't get even that far in section as seen in the photo attached. Would appreciate any ideas/solutions, how to get proper corner solution.
