panel system installed on the face of a basic wall

Postby Conan » Tue Jul 23, 2013 12:32 pm

Hey guys and girls:

I am trying to install a cladding panel (no profile) onto a basic wall. I got it to work, however, the windows installed on the basic get covered by the panels. Ideally, I would like to marry the basic wall and the cladding panels... hopefully, that will open the windows through the panel wall. But I am having no luck. Any suggestion?

Edit the wall type to include your basic wall and cladding panel together I guess?

If you use the "Join" tool to join the wall to the panel, your window should cut both of them.

Editing the wall to include the wall and cladding panel together is all well and good if both of them are on the same phase. But not if they are on different phases.
